What Google makes
Google hardware includes Chromecast and Google TV devices, Nest Mini, Nest Audio and Nest Hub speakers and displays, Nest Wifi routers, Nest Cam and Nest Doorbell, Nest thermostats, and Pixel phones and tablets.
What the device on your network probably is
Most likely a Chromecast or Google TV device, or a Nest speaker or display. Next most likely a Nest Wifi point, Nest Cam or doorbell. Pixel phones usually use a private random address instead.
How to work out which device it is
In the Google Home app, open each device, go to its settings and device information to find the MAC address. Unplugging speakers and streamers one at a time also works.
Should you be worried
Nothing to worry about if you have Google devices. Nest Cams, doorbells and the Nest Hub Max include cameras, so if you have none of those, identify it.
