Sercomm is a Taiwanese contract manufacturer of networking and connected-home equipment.
What Sercomm makes
Sercomm designs and builds broadband routers, fibre and cable gateways, Wi-Fi extenders, set-top boxes, smart-home hubs and IP cameras. Most of it is sold under an internet provider's name or another brand, so the Sercomm name rarely appears on the box.
What the device on your network probably is
Most likely the router, gateway or Wi-Fi extender your internet provider gave you. Next most likely is a set-top box or a home security system hub. It can also be an IP camera sold by a provider or security company.
How to work out which device it is
Check whether the address matches your provider's router or extender; the MAC is usually printed on the label underneath. If you have a provider security or camera package, check those devices too. Should you be worried
