ARRIS is an American maker of cable modems, gateways and TV set-top boxes that was bought by CommScope in 2019; most of its registry entries now read Commscope.
What ARRIS (CommScope) makes
ARRIS made SURFboard cable modems and routers, cable gateways and set-top boxes supplied by many cable providers. CommScope also owns Ruckus business Wi-Fi equipment, and in 2024 sold the home networking business to Vantiva, but the address blocks keep the CommScope name.

How to work out which device it is
Check the label on your modem, gateway and TV boxes for a matching MAC address. The modem or gateway is usually the device at your gateway IP address.
Should you be worried
Nothing to worry about: this is almost always cable provider equipment or your own modem.
