How to work out which device it is
In the UniFi app or controller, the device list shows every Ubiquiti device's MAC address and model. If you do not run UniFi yourself, it is probably part of the building's or landlord's network.
Should you be worried
Usually networking equipment. UniFi Protect cameras also use this name, so if it is not an access point or switch, check whether it is a camera.
