Nordic Semiconductor device on my network
Nordic Semiconductor is a Norwegian chip company best known for Bluetooth Low Energy chips.
What Nordic Semiconductor makes
Nordic's nRF52 and nRF53 chips are used in wearables, fitness trackers, sensors, keyboards, mice and smart-home devices, and its nRF70 series adds Wi-Fi to low-power products. Seeing Nordic on Wi-Fi is rare because most of its chips are Bluetooth or Thread only.
What the device on your network probably is
Most likely a low-power smart-home device or sensor with Wi-Fi. It is rarely a phone, computer or TV.
How to work out which device it is
Think about any recently added sensors, trackers or hubs, and check their apps for a MAC address. Unplug or remove batteries from suspects one at a time.
Should you be worried
Nothing to worry about in itself. It is a chip maker's name inside a low-power gadget.
The app finds every device on the Wi-Fi you are on, at home or in a rental, and puts the vendor next to the hostname, the services it advertises and its open ports, which together usually name the product. Where it cannot tell, it says so instead of guessing. Get RECON for iPhone — one-time purchase, no account, nothing leaves the device.
