Dahua makes IP cameras, network video recorders, DVRs, video doorbells and access control systems. Its consumer camera brand is Imou, and much of its equipment is sold under other brand names by installers and retailers.
What the device on your network probably is
Most likely a security camera, video doorbell, or a video recorder (NVR or DVR) that cameras record to. Less often an intercom or access control panel.
How to work out which device it is
If you have a camera system, check the recorder's device list or the camera app for matching MAC addresses.
